On a trip to Scotsdale, I experienced a painful gout attack. The staff was courteous and professional. I was able to complete the paperwork online. The doctor saw me right away. While I was in the patient room before the doctor saw me, I received a text that my PCP fulfilled the prescription had been filled. I explained it to the doctor when she came in the room and without even asking, she instructed the staff to issue me a refund and cancel the visit. Fantastic care! I wish there were more urgent care providers like this team.

The staff was very nice and listen to me. While I did go to the location because I wanted a chest X-ray the told me they didn’t have a tech, I was disappointed; however, they went above and beyond to treat me. Offering me many options and walked me thru the whole process. This was the best experience I have had here.
